These terms apply to maisoonfurniture.com and purchases of Maisoon chairs and office furniture. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products and pricing

Specifications, colours and availability are described as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change before order confirmation. We may correct obvious errors and verify stock before dispatch.

2. Orders and payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer and the online methods shown at checkout. An order is confirmed after stock and payment or COD details are verified.

3. Delivery, assembly and warranty

Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. Delivery estimates vary by location and item size. Warranty coverage follows the product listing or invoice and excludes misuse, unauthorised modification and normal wear.

4. Acceptable use and ownership

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy Maisoon product imagery and content without permission. We may refuse orders that create fraud, security or legal risk.

5. Returns and governing law

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
